Audit & Ice – Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Audit & Ice offers confidential hospitality audits, operational evaluations, and consulting tools including custom dashboards, CRM templates, and staff training resources. All services are delivered remotely or through anonymous in-person visits and are intended for internal use by the client only.

2. Booking and Payment

All services must be booked and paid for in full through our website or an approved invoice. Scheduling is based on availability. Clients will receive a confirmation email and link to our intake form after purchase.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Audits may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled audit are non-refundable. For packages, any unused services expire 60 days after purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.

4. Refund Policy

All service sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion only in cases of service disruption caused by Audit & Ice.

5. Confidentiality

Audit & Ice guarantees anonymity during mystery audits and does not disclose client names, feedback, or internal results without explicit permission. All reports, scores, and notes are shared only with the paying client or designated contact.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, ensuring we are not knowingly recognized by staff, and not sharing proprietary Audit & Ice materials outside their organization.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, templates, dashboards, and training materials created by Audit & Ice remain the intellectual property of Audit & Ice. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials internally.

8. Limitation of Liability

Audit & Ice is not liable for operational decisions, staff actions, revenue changes, or brand outcomes resulting from our recommendations. Our insights are based on professional observation and experience but do not replace legal, HR, or financial advice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York County.
